Export all pricing rules to a CSV file and import them on another site, for example from staging to production.

Moving Rules Between Sites with CSV Import and Export

You can export all your pricing rules to a CSV file and import them on another site. This is useful to move rules from a staging site to your live shop, or to keep a backup.

Export

  1. Go to WooCommerce → Role Based Pricing → Import / Export.
  2. Use the export option to download your rules as a CSV file.

Import

  1. On the other site, install and activate the same plugin.
  2. Go to WooCommerce → Role Based Pricing → Import / Export.
  3. Upload the CSV file and run the import.

Check a few prices in a private browser window afterwards.

Automation (Premium)

The Premium version adds WP-CLI commands for the same job: wp rbpw list, wp rbpw export and wp rbpw import.

Set a fixed price, discount or markup per role on one product using the Role Pricing tab in the product data box.

Hiding Prices from Visitors Who Are Not Logged In

Replace prices with a "Log in to see prices" message and disable purchasing for visitors who are not logged in.
