If you only want approved, logged-in customers to see your prices, use Hide prices for guests.

Steps

  1. Go to WooCommerce → Role Based Pricing.
  2. Open the Display tab.
  3. Enable Hide prices for guests.
  4. Optionally change the message that is shown instead of the price, for example "Log in to see prices".
  5. Save.

What guests see

Visitors who are not logged in see your message instead of the price, and they cannot purchase the product.

Tip

If you want guests to ask for a price instead, use Request a Quote mode for the Guest role. See Using Request a Quote Mode.

Export all pricing rules to a CSV file and import them on another site, for example from staging to production.

Showing Strikethrough Prices and the "You Save" Badge

Show the original price crossed out and an optional "You save" badge with {percent} and {amount} placeholders.
