Using Request a Quote Mode

Replace the price and add-to-cart button with a quote request form for selected roles, and choose who receives the requests.

Using Request a Quote Mode

With Request a Quote mode, selected roles do not see a price or add-to-cart button. They see a quote request form instead.

Steps

  1. Go to WooCommerce → Role Based Pricing → Quote Mode.
  2. Select the roles that must request a quote. You can include the Guest role.
  3. Enter the recipient email address that receives the requests.
  4. Adjust the texts shown to the customer.
  5. Save.

How the request is sent

The form has spam protection. Quote request emails are sent with the standard WordPress mailer to the shop address you configure. If requests do not arrive, check your site's email delivery (for example with an SMTP plugin) and your spam folder.

Showing Strikethrough Prices and the "You Save" Badge

Show the original price crossed out and an optional "You save" badge with {percent} and {amount} placeholders.
