Troubleshooting: Premium Features Not Showing After Activation

Resolve issues where Premium options like blackout dates or weekday restrictions don't appear in settings.

Premium Features Not Visible After Activating

If you've installed and activated the Premium version but options like blackout dates, working days, or weekday restrictions aren't showing up in WooCommerce > Delivery Date, try the following.

1. Confirm the Premium Version Is Active

Go to Plugins in your WordPress admin and look for Delivery Date & Timeslot for WooCommerce. Check the version number displayed beneath the plugin name — it should match the premium version you downloaded. If you see the free version still active, the premium zip may not have fully replaced it.

Deactivate and delete the free version, then re-upload and activate the premium zip.

2. Complete the Licence Activation Step

The Premium plugin uses Freemius for licence management. After activating the plugin, a prompt may have appeared asking you to connect your account or enter your purchase email. If you dismissed or skipped this, Premium features may be locked.

Look for a licence or account prompt in the WooCommerce > Delivery Date settings page, or check for an admin notice at the top of your dashboard. Follow the prompts to complete activation.

3. Clear Your Browser Cache

Sometimes a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) is enough to load the updated settings page with Premium options visible.

4. Check for Plugin Conflicts

Deactivate other plugins temporarily to rule out a conflict that might be preventing the settings page from rendering correctly. Reactivate them one by one to identify any conflict.

5. Still Not Working?

If Premium features still don't appear after the above steps, contact Dreamfox Media support with:

  • Your purchase confirmation or order number
  • The WordPress and WooCommerce version you're running
  • A screenshot of the Plugins page showing the active plugin version

How to Set Minimum Lead Time for Deliveries

Control the earliest date customers can book by setting minimum delivery days in the plugin settings.
