Delivery Date & Timeslot for WooCommerce has a fully functional free version available on WordPress.org. The Premium version (€29.95/year per site) unlocks additional scheduling controls that are useful for more complex delivery workflows.

You can upgrade at dreamfoxmedia.com/plugins/woocommerce-delivery-date. After purchase, you'll receive a premium zip file. Install it by going to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and uploading the premium zip — it replaces the free version automatically.
The licence covers a single site for one year and includes updates and priority support. If you need it on multiple sites, contact Dreamfox Media for options.
