A customer does not see the price you expected? Go through these checks in order.
Open the user's profile and check the role. Visitors who are not logged in use the Guest role.
The most specific rule wins: customer, then product or variation, then category, then tag, then the global rule. A rule on the product can override the storewide rule. See How Role Pricing Rules Work.
On WooCommerce → Role Based Pricing → Display, check whether role discounts apply on the sale price or the regular price.
In the free version the rule on the parent product is used for variable products. Per-variation rules need Premium.
If a user has several roles, the free version uses the first matching rule. Premium lets you choose lowest or highest price.
Clear your page and object caches and test again in a private browser window. Do not cache pages for logged-in users.
Deactivate other pricing plugins for a moment to rule out a conflict and send us a WooCommerce System Status report (see the Support section).
