Set minimum and maximum cart quantity and order amount per role, and show prices with or without VAT per role.

Both settings are on the Restrictions tab: WooCommerce → Role Based Pricing → Restrictions.
Set limits for a role, for example:
Wholesale accounts often get a minimum order amount, while consumers have none.
Show prices including VAT to consumers and excluding VAT to business roles. Choose the display per role.
Test with a customer account for each role, in a private browser window, and go through the cart and checkout. The limits and tax display work with the classic checkout and the WooCommerce Block Cart & Checkout.
Allow or hide payment gateways and shipping methods for each user role, on classic and Block checkout.
Price whole product categories, including sub-categories, or tags per role with the Premium Category Rules tab.
