Everything lives under WooCommerce → Role Based Pricing in the WordPress admin.

The tabs

Role Rules: storewide rules per role.
Display: price hiding, badges, sale price behaviour and uninstall cleanup.
Quote Mode: the roles, recipient email and texts for quote requests.
Restrictions: payment gateways, shipping methods, order limits and tax display per role.
Import / Export: CSV tools for moving rules between sites.
Category Rules (Premium): rules for categories and tags.
Analytics (Premium): sales insights per role.

Edit the product and open the Role Pricing tab in the product data box. Here you set a price or adjustment per role for that product.

Individual prices for one customer are edited on the user's profile page.
