Where the Delivery Information Shows Up

Once a customer selects a delivery date (and optionally a timeslot) at checkout, that information is stored with the order and displayed in several places automatically.

Admin Order View

In WooCommerce > Orders, open any order where a delivery date was selected. The delivery date and timeslot appear in the order details — typically in the order meta section. This makes it easy for your team to see at a glance when an order needs to go out.

Customer Confirmation Email

The delivery date and timeslot are included in the order confirmation email sent to the customer automatically. No email template editing is required.

Admin New Order Email

The same information also appears in the new order notification email sent to you (or your store's admin email address), so your fulfilment team is informed as soon as the order is placed.

Thank-You Page

After checkout is complete, the WooCommerce thank-you page (order received page) displays the delivery date and timeslot alongside the order summary.

Order Details Page (Customer Account)

Customers who have an account can also see the delivery date and timeslot when they view their order history under My Account > Orders.

Invoices

If you use a WooCommerce invoice plugin (such as WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips), the delivery date and timeslot stored as order meta can be pulled through to invoices depending on your invoice plugin's configuration.

Nothing to Configure

All of the above happens automatically once the plugin is active and a delivery date is collected at checkout. There are no additional template settings to enable — the information is injected into the standard WooCommerce order and email output.

Troubleshooting: Timeslots Not Showing at Checkout

Fix common reasons why the timeslot dropdown doesn't appear after a customer selects a delivery date.
