How to Transfer Your License to a New Site

A single-site license can only be active on one WordPress installation at a time. If you're migrating to a new domain or server, you'll need to deactivate the license on the old site first, then activate it on the new one.

Step 1: Deactivate on the old site

1. Log in to the old WordPress dashboard.
2. Go to Plugins → Installed Plugins, find Payment Gateway Per Product, and click Deactivate License (usually shown below the plugin name or in the plugin settings).
3. Confirm the deactivation.

Alternatively, if you no longer have access to the old site, log in to your Freemius account, find the license, and deactivate it from there.

Step 2: Activate on the new site

1. Install the premium plugin on the new WordPress site (download the latest .zip from your Freemius account).
2. Activate the plugin.
3. Enter your license key and click Activate License.

Your license is now active on the new site and all premium features are available.

If you can't deactivate from the old site

Contact Dreamfox Media support and provide your license key and purchase email. The team can manually reset the license activation from their side.
